Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to make non- substantive technical and conforming corrections, including standardizing capitalization throughout the Charter; adopting language conforming with state law, and amending or deleting language that is unnecessary or duplicative of state law?
Proposition N would make technical changes throughout the City Charter, such as making capitalization consistent, updating language to comply with state law, and changing or removing language that is unnecessary or duplicates state law. The updates are NOT intended to change City policy.

A vote FOR would make these technical and legal updates.

A vote AGAINST would leave the current Charter language unchanged.
