The City Charter currently requires the Municipal Court Judge to be a licensed Texas attorney and a Pflugerville resident. Proposition L would remove the requirement that the judge live in Pflugerville. The requirement that the judge be a licensed Texas attorney would remain.
A vote FOR would remove the City residency requirement.
A vote AGAINST would keep the residency requirement.
