Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to provide that the Mayor and City Council set the strategic direction and general policy framework of the City?
The City Charter currently says the Mayor and City Council determine City policies. Proposition J would change this language to say that the Mayor and Council set the City's strategic direction and general policy framework.

A vote FOR would make this change to the Charter's description of the Mayor and City Council's role.

A vote AGAINST would keep the current language.
