Shall the City of Pflugerville City Charter be amended to add a new section requiring the City Council to adopt protections governing the collection, use, retention, and oversight of data, facial recognition, and surveillance technologies, to establish transparent approval processes for such technologies, and to require a responsible artificial intelligence framework?
Proposition B would require the City Council to adopt rules for how the City collects, uses, keeps, and oversees data and technologies such as facial recognition and surveillance systems. It would also require a transparent approval process for these technologies and rules for the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI).

A vote FOR would add these requirements to the City Charter.

A vote AGAINST would not add these requirements.
