Community Committees: Shall Section 10.11 of the City Charter be amended to repeal the establishment and requirement for Community Committees?
The Manor City Charter currently requires the establishment of Community Committees. Proposition D would remove this requirement from the City Charter, which was added in November 2020 after a proposition vote in the general election. The City has other boards, commissions, and committees whose members are appointed by the City Council. Proposition D applies specifically to the Community Committees required by Section 10.11 of the Charter.

A vote YES would remove the Charter requirement for Community Committees.

A vote NO would keep the requirement.
