Municipal Powers: Shall Section 1.05 of the City Charter be amended to reorganize the existing list of the City's particular powers into separate provisions for clarity, without substantively changing or expanding those powers?
The Manor City Charter lists the powers the City may exercise. Proposition A would reorganize this list into separate sections to make the Charter easier to read. It would not change or expand the City's powers.

A vote YES would reorganize the Charter language.

A vote NO would leave the current Charter language unchanged.
