THIS IS A TAX INCREASEThe provisions of the contract between Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 187 and Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 186, including the levy of taxes, without limit as to rate, sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on bonds issued by Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 186, including refunding bonds, in the maximum aggregate amount of $412,000,000, for certain regional water, sewer, and drainage facilities, all as defined and provided in said contract
