Saginaw County 9-1-1 Authority Millage Renewal Proposal"For the purpose of replacing outdated radio equipment for Fire, Police and Emergency Medical Services and other equipment necessary for the 9-1-1 Central Dispatch System to effectively provide and ensure twenty-four hour public safety communications service to the citizens, communities and public responders of Saginaw County and for otherwise continuing operations of the Saginaw County 9-1-1 Authority, shall the County of Saginaw, Michigan (hereafter 'County') renew the previously authorized amount of general ad valorem taxes which may be imposed for all purposes upon all taxable real and personal property in Saginaw County, as provided in Article 9, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution of 1963, as amended, which last resulted in a levy of 0.2800 Mill, and continue to levy up to 0.2800 Mill ($0.2800 per $1,000) of taxable valuation of such property as finally equalized during the years 2028-2037, both inclusive, which if approved and levied in its entirety is estimated to raise $2,031,015 in the first year?"
