I furthered my education at the University of Michigan Flint and earned a BSW graduating in May of 2016 as a Dean's List recipient. Immediately after I enrolled in the master’s program for Public Administration with a Concentration in Nonprofits and completed summer courses before going to work for a mental health provider who had picked up a pilot program I interned in during my senior year at U of M Flint. I have worked for several other social service agencies in our community, I have a total of 5 years of working in two different school districts providing a wide variety of services to K- 12 students, I am currently a mental health professional.
My goal is to bring small businesses back to the community and get vital information out in a timely and fair fashion so that they can apply for funding when opportunities arise. >Support for homeowners to obtain insurance for their homes at an affordable rate, help with repairs and property taxes >Safe spaces for our children to play near their homes >Revitalization of all the parks in the 4th ward >Blight Elimination with neighborhood support groups to assist with monitoring hot spot areas for dumping. >Working with the land bank to demo homes that are adjacent to homes where children and elderly residents live as priority for enhanced safety
Communication with the residents of the 4th Ward will always be top priority if elected. I will have monthly meetings with the residents to ensure their voices and concerns are heard and met. This will shape what I bring to council and agenda items. Outside of that I will always be available to speak with them during and after council meetings and take scheduled appointments.
Yes, I believe this oath will serve as a checks and balances to maintain transparency, and professionalism to safeguard the integrity of the elected seats and protect the residents from economic harm.
My goal is to serve the 4th ward with dignity for all, diligence to address resident concerns, and provide measurable improvement. The residents will always be my priority as I will be of service to you. Please write-in Tracy Frazier this November for the 4th Ward Council Seat. No Drama, No excuses, Just Results.

Campaign Message A record of service to the residents of the 4th Ward
As an accountant, I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and paying close attention to the budget and any deviations from it. I have been involved in preparing budgets for several organizations over the years and understand the process. As Chair of the Finance Committee for the past four years, I have learned how the City’s budget is designed to meet the goals of serving our community in the most cost-effective way possible.

I have also developed relationships both inside and outside City government that have helped me better serve my constituents. I have learned where to go to get things done as quickly as possible.
I will continue seeking demolition funding to clear blighted properties and make room for rebuilding. I support summer jobs and ARPA-funded job training for youth, and have advocated for trade students to help renovate salvageable homes. I have connected residents with cleanup supplies and will continue working to bring more City services to the Eastside with Franklin Avenue Mission. I will also work with the Police Department and Land Bank to address unlawful occupation of vacant properties and push for arson investigations and prosecutions. My goal is a safer, stronger 4th Ward that attracts new homes, businesses, and investment.
I have always returned calls, messages, and texts within 48 hours of receiving them, and I will continue to do so. I will continue using social media to inform residents of important happenings in both the City and the Ward. I will attend as many neighborhood events as possible so residents can speak with me face to face about their concerns. I will also continue to advocate for direct mailings so all residents can remain informed.
Yes, I believe all elected officials should agree to meet clearly defined ethical standards. The Flint City Charter already provides ethical standards regarding conduct, conflicts of interest, and fiduciary responsibilities. If a formal ethics agreement goes beyond the current Charter’s requirements, it should be adopted through a proper ordinance, which I would have no problem signing.
What I have learned is that this office is about more than attending meetings; it is about helping constituents with real-life problems. I can identify an issue, bring it to the attention of the appropriate department or the Mayor’s Administration, and persistently follow up on behalf of residents. While I cannot solve every concern, helping constituents with issues involving roads, trees, sidewalks, sewer and water service, and blighted homes has made this work rewarding. The change in our Ward from when I was first elected to today has been amazing, but there is more work to be done—and I do not like leaving a job half completed.

Campaign Message Listen. Lead. Deliver
I bring experience in public service, healthcare, business, community development, and military service. I am a U.S. Navy veteran, healthcare provider, small-business owner, urban farmer, and hold a Master of Public Health. I have served approximately six years on Flint's Planning and Zoning Board of Appeals and as Vice Chair of the ARPA committee. My decisions are guided by public health, constituent input, responsible use of resources, and putting the right businesses in the right locations.
My priorities are education, youth involvement, public health, neighborhood safety, blight reduction, and responsible development. I want to connect young adults with training for good-paying careers in tree removal, environmental monitoring, demolition and reconstruction, farming, skilled trades, and maintaining city equipment. I also support training and resources for neighborhood watches. When Flint invests in improving the city, we should look for opportunities to train and employ Flint residents.
I believe public service begins with listening and accessibility. I will attend neighborhood meetings, communicate regularly, and maintain direct relationships with residents, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. I will not assume my opinion represents the entire ward. I will listen to constituents, research the facts, consider public-health impacts, seek expert input when needed, and explain my decisions. Residents should be able to reach me, offer ideas, raise concerns, and hold me accountable.
Yes. Elected officials are entrusted with taxpayer dollars and public authority and should be held to clear ethical standards. A formal ethics agreement should address conflicts of interest, disclosure, conduct, fiduciary responsibility, and proper use of public resources. These standards should apply throughout an official's term and include meaningful accountability. Residents deserve transparency and confidence that decisions are made for the public good, not personal financial interests or private benefit.
My commitment to Flint began long before I decided to run for office. I am a Navy veteran, healthcare provider, small-business owner, urban farmer, and community volunteer. My approach is centered on public health, listening to constituents, education, opportunity, responsible development, and accountability. I want young people to see a future in Flint, residents to have resources to strengthen their neighborhoods, and businesses located where they benefit the community. I will listen, research issues, and remain accessible.
