Weimar ISD Proposition A
Shall the Board of Trustees (the “Board”) of the Weimar Independent SchoolDistrict (the “District”) be authorized to issue bonds of the District, in one ormore series or installments, in the amount of $12,000,000 for the construction,acquisition, renovation, rehabilitation, expansion, improvement and equipment ofschool buildings (including, but not limited to, elementary school and high schoolrenovations, parking lot and student drop-off improvements, gymnasiumimprovements, a band hall, and career and technical education buildingimprovements), which bonds shall mature, bear interest and be issued and sold inaccordance with law at the time of issuance; and shall the Board be authorized tolevy, impose and pledge, and cause to be assessed and collected, annual advalorem taxes on all taxable property in the District sufficient, without limit as torate or amount, to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds, and the costs ofany credit agreements (including credit agreements executed or authorized inanticipation of, in relation to, or in connection with the bonds), all as authorizedby the constitution and laws of the State of Texas and the United States ofAmerica?
