I come from a family of public servants, and I chose to follow a similar path. I have served the public as a police officer, prosecutor, attorney, and legislator. I have served the public in some form since I was 18. I would be honored to continue.
1) Continued Court reform: I intend to chair the upcoming House Magistrate's Court Committee and champion the bill(s) we produce. 2) Work to address the deficiencies in our mental health treatment in SC. I am currently working with our Solicitor and Probate Judge on legislation.
3)Work to support and enhance our veteran and law enforcement communities. Propose and support bills that work to address these ongoing issues.
As previously stated, I have served our community my entire adult. I would like to think I have done it with energy, commitment, honesty, and integrity. I would welcome the opportunity to continue advocating for our community and its citizens.
