Rural communities, affordability, and accountable government. I want to strengthen rural infrastructure, including broadband, roads, healthcare, schools, and emergency services, so our communities can grow and thrive. I want to make it easier for people to afford to live, work, raise a family, and build a future in Minnesota. Finally, I want a government that is transparent, responsible with taxpayer dollars, and focused on solving problems rather than political theater.

Yes. I support adding the Equal Rights Amendment to the Minnesota Constitution because every Minnesotan should have equal rights and equal protection under the law. Our Constitution should clearly protect Minnesotans from discrimination.
Clean air and clean water are essential to our communities, farms, businesses, and families. I would support strong environmental standards, continued testing and monitoring, investments in clean water infrastructure, and policies that prevent pollution while working with communities and farmers on practical solutions. Minnesota has already taken steps to address PFAS in drinking water and products.
Safe communities require both effective public safety and prevention. I would support adequate funding for law enforcement, first responders, mental health services, substance-use treatment, and community-based youth intervention. We should address problems early, hold people accountable when they cause harm, and make sure communities have the resources they need to keep people safe.
I support greater transparency in campaign finance and stronger disclosure of who is funding political spending. Minnesota already has contribution limits and public subsidy options for candidates, and I would support reviewing our campaign finance laws to strengthen transparency and reduce the influence of large donors while protecting Minnesotans’ ability to participate in the political process.
