2026 Freetown Town Justice
Qualifications: To serve on the court, a person must be a New York State resident and a resident of the town, and must be at least 18 years old. A judge does not have to be an attorney, but non-lawyer judges must complete a certification process and ongoing training. Town Justices are elected for 4 year terms.Current Town Justice: Robin L.
