The Village Council is the legislative and policy-making body for the Village government. Six Council Trustees and a Village President are elected. The Village Clerk and Village Treasurer are appointed and do not have votes on Council.

I have lived in the Village of Pinckney for over 20 years, sent my kids to Pinckney schools, and have operated my own tax preparation/bookkeeping business for over 30 years. I would like to take this opportunity to give back to the community that I live in by helping to shape the future.
I would like to be a part of planning for the future of the Village by listening to what the concerns of the residents are now and what we can do going forward.
The parks and trails available for use by the Village residents are a treasure for all of us. The Village does an awesome job in making sure that the areas are kept looking their best for those who drive through our town. Putnam Township Square is being utilized for many different events that draw many people - there are more events that can be hosted there.
The Village is currently facing budget shortfalls that do need to be addressed. But, with new business and homes going in the focus needs to be on the future as well as now.
