Shall the previous voted increase in the tax limitations imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Village of Cement City, of 4.9665 mills ($4.9665 per $1,000 of taxable value), be renewed at 4.9665 mills ($4.9665 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 2 years, 2027 through 2028 inclusive, for general operating expenses for the Village of Cement City, raising an estimated fifty five thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($55,450) in the first year the millage is levied?
