To be a team member and make fair and honest decisions concerning all issues brought before the Board of Directors. To make sure MCAD keeps up with all current technology, all laws and regulations, and the possibilities of what AI could bring in the future. Make safety a top priority for all employees and taxpayers entering the MCAD property.
The Chief Appraiser needs to have experience and a good background and knowledge of all tax laws and property values. To have a good knowledge of all types of properties and areas in the county. Fair and equal leadership of all MCAD employees. Transparency with all board members, county entities and taxpayers.
Continue and increase workshops to educate taxpayers on the way taxes are calculated, how they are dispersed to all different entities and the proper way to protest their taxes.
