Senior Services and Programs Millage IncreaseShall the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution on general aid valorem taxes within Luce County, Michigan be increased from .50 mills (actual Headlee reduced .4972 mills) to .75 mills ($0.75 per $1,000 of taxable value) for a period of four years, being 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030, inclusive for the purpose of providing operating funds to continue and enhance Luce County Community Action Agency's Meals Programs and Luce County Community Action Agency's Senior Servies in Luce County, thereby raising in the first year (2027) an estimated $170,416.
