Fire Protection Millage RenewalShall the previous voted increase in the tax limitation imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Clarendon Township, of 1.25 mills ($1.25 per $1,000 of taxable value), permanently reduced by Headlee (MCL 211.34d) to 1.2450 mills be renewed at 1.2450 mills ($1.25 per $1,000 of taxable value) and levied for 5 years, 2026 through 2030 inclusive, for fire protection, raising an estimated $46,622.89 in the first year the millage is levied of which a portion will be disbursed to such other or fewer local units of government as the Township Board determines appropriate?
