Lee's Summit Question
Shall the municipality of Lee’s Summit, Missouri impose a Stormwater Management Sales Tax of one-quarter of one percent (1/4%) authorized by Section 644.032 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri for the purpose of providing funding for stormwater management and flood mitigation for the municipality of Lee’s Summit?If this question is approved, the City of Lee’s Summit would begin collecting a stormwater management sales tax at the rate of one-quarter of one percent (1/4%) and the funds derived from the tax will fund stormwater management and flood mitigation.
