City of Cheyenne-Greenway New Construction and Rehabilitation Project $3,000,000Purpose of Leveraging the funds with other funding sources, to support new Greenway construction and major rehabilitation projects, including the Yellowstone Road underpass rehabilitation, Parsley Boulevard extension, and the Cribbon connection.
