Confirming grant of an irrevocable Electric Franchise to Presque Isle Electric & Gas Co-op it's successors and assigns, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating an electric distrbution system on, along, and across the highways, streets, alleys, bridges and other public places and to conduct a local non-exclusive electric distribution buisness in the Township of Ocqueoc, Presque Isle County, Michigan for a period of thirty (30) years from August 14, 2025.
