ROAD MILLAGE RENEWAL (Hawes Township)
Shall the expired previous voted increases in the tax limitations imposed under Article IX, Sec. 6 of the Michigan Constitution in Hawes Township, of 1 mill ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable value), be renewed at the original voted 1 mill ($1.00 per $1,000.00 of taxable value) and levied for four years, 2026 through 2029 inclusive, for the purpose of maintaining the Township Roads, raising an estimated $105,236.00 in the first year the millage is levied.
