My top three priorities are providing exceptional customer service, ensuring fair and secure tax collection and distribution of city funds, and continuing to modernize our technology. Customers are not an interruption to our work, they are our work. Paying taxes can be stressful, so we strive to make the process as simple, secure and accessible as possible.
I'm qualified through my experience as the current collector of revenue and prior service in city government. I've built strong relationships across departments and with elected officials to better serve residents. Through ongoing community engagement, I maintain a real-time understanding of resident needs and remain committed to serving with integrity and accountability.
