Fremont County Treasurer

The Fremont County Treasurer serves for a four-year term. There are no term limits. The Treasurer receives a salary of $88,000 per year. They are eligible for health insurance coverage, and they will be enrolled as a member of the Wyoming Retirement System unless they are otherwise employed by an entity participating in WRS at the time they assume office. The Treasurer must be a registered and qualified elector, which includes that persons must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the election at which he/she may offer to vote. They must reside in the county they represent.
