1) Provide better service to taxpayers by improving responsiveness, reducing wait times and strengthening collaboration with other county officials; 2) modernize the collector's office by implementing new technology, streamlining processes such as senior tax relief and bill payments; 3) ensure bills are timely, accurate and readily accessible well in advance of deadlines.

With nearly a decade of experience between the county finance department and assessor's office, I bring strong leadership and extensive experience in property valuation, public administration and taxpayer service. I have also earned the support of community leaders, elected officials and residents who desire a more efficient, responsive and customer-focused collector.

Improving customer service, increasing convenience and modernizing the office. I will work to eliminate the annual renewal requirement for senior property tax relief, expand electronic billing and digital receipting while maintaining traditional options, and use technology to streamline services and better manage the over 12,000 calls received in December.

Over 25 years of experience, degrees in accounting/business administration and an extensive knowledge of local, state and federal laws give me the skills and leadership necessary to serve effectively. My commitment to continuous improvement, responsible stewardship of public funds and exceptional customer service drives my desire to continue serving St. Charles County.
