My first priority will be to apply installment payments for real estate tax that my predecessor will be implementing this year for the 2027 tax year. The second priority will be adhering to the newly-approved SB3 Homestead Tax Freeze for 2028. The third priority will be to update and improve the license application process for merchants.
I have 19 years' experience working in the collector's office. I am the assistant collector and have worked very closely with the collector. I have been trained in daily tasks, involved in decision making and attended six years of Missouri County Collectors Association training. I have a clear understanding of the collector's role and can assume this role very smoothly.
