Under chapters 590 of Missouri Revised Statutes and 6.04 of the county charter, I would ensure minimum training for peace officers and firefighters. Under state law I would provide major training to county cops on how to conduct effective arson and sudden death cases and how to carry out successful investigation of cold cases.
My 56 years' work history in the civil and criminal justice system as a public safety officer, fire marshal and expert on police and fire science and past membership in the National Paralegal Association.
