Open and transparent justice with clear policies, honest communication and accountability at every level; violence and crime prevention by connecting individuals to education, treatment and support services; working together for safer communities by prioritizing serious threats to public safety and using proven alternatives that reduce repeat offenses.
For almost 25 years, I have served our justice system as a prosecutor, defense attorney and judicial officer. I have successfully tried almost 100 jury trials to verdict and have seen the courtroom from every angle. This experience gives me the judgment, balance and leadership needed to keep our community safe while ensuring fairness, accountability and justice for all.

My top three priorities as St. Louis County prosecutor are holding violent offenders accountable, delivering justice for victims and their families, and working to make St. Louis County safer for families, businesses and visitors.
I have over 18 years of experience in criminal prosecution and have been serving as St. Louis County prosecutor for the last year and a half. I have handled nearly every type of criminal case and had over 40 jury trials. During my time as lead prosecutor, I have launched key initiatives to make St. Louis County safer, and I plan to build on that progress if reelected.
