As a kid I made electric motors and generators for fun so it warms my heart to research, advocate for and educate the public on utilities policy. My degree in chemical engineering and experience building water treatment equipment helps me understand federal, state and local regulations. This helps when evaluating water management policy.
I have served on the House Budget Committee for four years. I will continue crafting a state budget that emphasizes serving the people of Missouri. It is important even in lean budget years to protect Missouri's most vulnerable, partner with nonprofit organizations and invest in job growth.
