Affordability, protection of the initiative petition process and reproductive healthcare. I've knocked on more than 3,000 doors in the district since the beginning of March and what I'm hearing from voters, after their concern of having unqualified representatives, is affordability: health care, housing, education and childcare costs.
Affordability is my top priority. Housing, costs of education, child care, healthcare and groceries are all too expensive. I will work to increase wages to match the increase in inflation, which is driving the increase in costs. I will work to enact legislation that encourages construction of affordable housing through incentives and increased competition in healthcare.

I’m passionate about expanding opportunity because I’ve seen what happens when people are given a fair shot and what happens when they’re left behind. That’s why I care deeply about strengthening public education, protecting reproductive freedom, supporting workers’ right to organize and making healthcare more affordable.
My top priority in 2027 is expanding economic opportunity for working families. That means lowering the cost of healthcare, strengthening public schools, protecting the right to organize and making it easier for people to afford housing and raise a family. When working people succeed, our communities and our economy succeed too.
