I am passionate about the budget, public infrastructure and well-funded institutions. I believe they are the bedrock of civilization. The places with the most robust public institutions are also typically the nicest to live in and the most successful.
My top priority for 2027 is ensuring that the citizens' ballot initiative process has actual teeth behind it and that it can't be shot down by our politicians. I plan to introduce a bill requiring the Missouri government to respect the process and make CBIs into law.
