I am a small business owner, community advocate, and a re-elected member of the Grain Valley Board of Education, where I have experience overseeing budgets, making policy decisions, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly. Through my business leadership, I have managed employees, balanced budgets, and worked through complex challenges that require practical problem-solving and accountability. I am actively involved in numerous community and nonprofit organizations throughout Jackson County and have built strong relationships with residents, local leaders, and stakeholders. My experience in both the public and private sectors has given me a firsthand understanding of the issues facing Jackson County families, businesses, and taxpayers. I am committed to bringing transparency, fiscal responsibility, and common-sense leadership to county government.

My top priorities would be restoring public trust through greater transparency and accountability, protecting taxpayers, and improving the efficiency of county government. First, I would advocate for responsible budgeting and careful oversight of taxpayer funds to ensure county resources are focused on essential services and measurable results. I would do my part to make sure homeowners, businesses and taxing jurisdictions are protected from assessment mistakes. Second, I would support initiatives that strengthen public safety and provide law enforcement, first responders, and community partners with the tools they need to keep residents safe. Third, I would work to promote responsible economic development that expands opportunities for businesses, creates jobs, and grows the tax base without placing additional burdens on taxpayers.

Jackson County has tremendous strengths. I firmly believe our best days are ahead of us. Let’s make Jackson County prosper!
