Clark County Family Court Judge Department P
Family Court Judges preside over cases involving divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, domestic violence protection orders, and juvenile matters. These judges make decisions that directly affect families, children, and vulnerable individuals, often during highly sensitive and complex circumstances. Family Court judges are responsible for applying Nevada law fairly while balancing the best interests of children and ensuring due process for all parties. Because their rulings can have lasting impacts on family stability, safety, and individual rights, these races play an important role in maintaining fairness, professionalism, and public confidence in the family court system.Note: This is a nonpartisan race. For more than a decade, I have represented families in Las Vegas family courts, handling thousands of cases involving divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and complex family disputes. That courtroom experience, combined with my commitment to fairness, professionalism, and applying the law impartially, has prepared me to serve effectively and responsibly in this judicial role.
I approach every case by carefully reviewing the facts, applying the law as written, and treating all parties fairly and respectfully. A judge’s role is to remain impartial, follow the law consistently, and make decisions based on the evidence presented — not personal opinion or outside influence.
I would ensure fairness by treating every person with respect, listening carefully to all sides, and applying the law consistently and without bias. Maintaining professionalism, transparency, and patience in the courtroom is essential to public confidence. Every litigant should leave the courtroom knowing they were heard and that decisions were made based on the law and the facts presented.
