Measure C - Franklin-McKinley School District
To improve the quality of education; replace leaky roofs; make health, safety and security improvements; replace outdated HVAC systems; and modernize/construct classrooms, restrooms and school facilities; shall Frankly-McKinley School District's measure be adopted authorizing $142,000,000 of bonds at legal rates, generating on average $8,000,000 annually while bonds are outstanding at a rate of approximately $30 per $100,000 assessed value, with annual audits, independent citizens' oversight committee, and no money taken by the State?."Yes" Votes Needed to Pass: 55% of the total votes cast on the measure by eligible voters
