- Affordable housing policies that allow young people, working families and seniors on fixed incomes to have a nice place to call home. -Invest in workforce development for County employees to build their capacity to live and work locally and provide essential services our community needs. - Transportation alternatives that serve the North County. We need to complete the SMART Pathway and rail and prioritize last-mile projects connecting kids, seniors, and working adults to schools and jobs.
I served two terms on the Cloverdale City Council and as Mayor during the 2019 crisis period. I built coalitions and delivered results that helped our local citizens and businesses. Before then, I served on the Cloverdale Planning Commission 2009-2015, five years as chair; as Supervisor Mike McGuire's then Supervisor James Gore's appointee to the Sonoma County Economic Development Board; and as one of Cloverdale's appointees to Climate Action 2020. I am a 2009 Fellow of the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy and was an active participant in Cloverdale's General Plan revision and Urban Growth Boundary community input process.

I am currently an elected delegate representing Assembly District 2 at the California Democratic Party and represent Sonoma County's Fourth District on the Sonoma County Democratic Central Committee. In addition, I am a founding member and serve on the executive board of the Cloverdale Democratic Club.
I was born in Petaluma and was raised in the Larkfield-Wikiup area of Santa Rosa. I am a 25-year resident of Cloverdale. With 20+ years as an IT professional, I currently operate an IT consulting company with my husband and bring this experience and perspective to my community and regional work.
