Campaign Statement
Friends and neighbors, my name is Carolin Bennett Coad, and I am running for Republican Precinct Committeeman for Precinct #510 in Post Falls in Kootenai County. I am a devoted Christian, a mother of five, and a concerned citizen who believes that Idaho’s future depends on staying rooted in the traditional values that made this state great. As your Precinct Committeman, my mission is to protect our families, strengthen our community, and stand up for freedom. I will work to ensure our local party platform supports life, champions school choice, and promotes fiscal responsibility, not liberal spending. I am committed to being a reliable voice for you, representing your values at the Republican Central Committee. I want to keep Idaho, Idaho.

Office Sought
Precinct Committeeman for Precinct #510
Not yet, this is my first time to run for this office.
I have been participating in voter information efforts and sharing this information with voters in my precinct. I do this by talking with voters in my precinct face-to-face and keeping them abreast of developments through social media. I am networking with other conservative Republican candidates who have a commitment to upholding Christian values and advocating for truth and freedom in Kootenai County.
The foundation for evaluating candidates for local office is integrity and character within a likeminded commitment to upholding conservative Christian American values for the purpose of preserving our God-given freedoms.
1. Adherence to a national party—Republican
This likemindedness is essential.
2. Qualifications—Character is demonstrated by integrity through a candidate’s life.
3. Local experience—A candidate should demonstrate genuine interest in and service to the community they are wanting to represent.
4. Skills— These are important but can be learned through resourcefulness and networking.
As a certified teacher, I have had the opportunity to interact with many adults and students in my Idaho neighborhood . I have been able to become aware of a number of important issues facing families in our current culture. I have a vested interest in helping improve our neighborhoods in such a way to improve the quality of life for current residents with a vision for implementing improvements that will benefit the next generation. Although I don’t have all the answers, I am open to hearing neighbors’ concerns and working on representing them at the Republican Central Committee level.
