The County Clerk serves a 4-year term as Auditor, Recorder and Clerk of the District Court. Duties of the Clerk include:Maintain the county’s payrollManage all accounts receivable and payablePrepare the county’s annual budget and its year-end financial reportsRegister voters, maintain the database of registered voters, and organize county, state and national electionsRecord documents associated with propertyIssue marriage license applicationsAct as agent for executing U.S. passports

My name is Brett Mayes. I'm a long time Idaho resident. Valley County has always been my favorite area. I love my community, my neighbors, and everything about living here. I want to do whatever I can to help improve things for everyone.
