Office Sought
Power County Assessor
I would like to continue providing accurate property assessments while maintaining an office that is professional, approachable, and committed to public service. The Assessor’s office plays an important role in county government, and I believe that role should always be carried out with transparency, consistency, and accountability. I want taxpayers to feel comfortable asking questions, seeking information, and understanding the assessment process. I believe people deserve clear communication and respectful service, and I remain open and willing to meet and talk with anyone who has questions or concerns.
My experience serving as the Power County Assessor for the last five years has prepared me well for this position. In that time, I have gained firsthand knowledge of the many responsibilities of the office, including ensuring fair and accurate assessments, working with taxpayers, managing office operations, and coordinating with other county offices and taxing districts.
One of the most significant challenges in this position is ensuring that property assessments remain fair, accurate, and understandable to the public. The assessment process can be complex, and many taxpayers have questions or concerns about how values are determined. I believe one of the most important parts of this job is addressing that challenge through clear communication, transparency, and consistency. I believe the public deserves honesty, respect, and a willingness to listen. By continuing to focus on fairness, accountability, and open communication, I believe I can help address the challenge of maintaining public trust while carrying out the responsibilities of the office.
It has been an honor to serve the people of Power County as Assessor. I take this responsibility seriously and remain committed to serving with honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect.
I believe public service is about being accessible, listening to the concerns of the community, and working hard every day to do the job well. I want the voters of Power County to know that I am open and willing to meet and talk with anyone who has questions or concerns. I believe strong communication and respectful service are essential to good government.
I am proud of the work that has been done over the past five years, and I would be honored to continue serving Power County. I respectfully ask for your support and your vote.
