My experience has prepared me to serve effectively in public office. Through leadership roles in groundwater management, healthcare, agriculture, and education, I’ve addressed complex challenges, managed budgets, and made decisions impacting Idaho families.

As Chair of the Idaho Groundwater Appropriators and President of the Bonneville Groundwater District, I’ve worked to protect Idaho’s water while balancing agriculture, communities, and growth. My past service on the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center Board strengthened my understanding of healthcare and fiscal responsibility.

My work with the Idaho Farm Bureau and College of Eastern Idaho reinforced my commitment to education, workforce development, and economic growth.
My greatest challenges include navigating political pressure, addressing Idaho’s budget constraints, managing rapid growth, protecting water resources, and standing up to powerful interests. I focus on practical solutions, which can draw criticism from both sides, but I remain committed to principled decision-making. Balancing budgets while supporting core services like education and infrastructure is critical as Idaho grows. Water sustainability and protecting agriculture are also key priorities, requiring thoughtful, long-term solutions. Despite these challenges, my experience in agriculture, business, and public service has prepared me to work collaboratively, stay focused on Idaho’s future, and deliver common-sense leadership.
My investment in this community is not political — it’s personal. My family, my work, and my life are rooted here, and I care deeply about protecting the values that make Idaho strong. I believe leadership begins with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to serve the people who call this place home. With a strong value system grounded in faith, family, and community, I will continue working to preserve our way of life, strengthen our economy, and ensure future generations have the same opportunities we’ve been blessed with.
