Office Sought Representative in the Idaho House of Representatives
If elected, I will continue focusing on solving real problems that matter to our communities. I want to continue looking for ways to relieve the burden of property taxes while still making sure we can provide the services our communities rely on.

Our schools need solutions for the facility needs and pay gaps they continue to face. Our first responders need funding so they can remain competitive with surrounding states and continue protecting our communities.

I believe our state budget process needs reform and our priorities as a state need to be examined more carefully. I will continue to focus on the needs of District 30, especially agriculture, water, public safety, education, affordability, and creating and keeping good-paying jobs.
I have spent most of my life as a business owner also working with staff, budgets, and responsibilities to clients. Those experiences taught me how to lead, solve problems, and get things done. My experience within the Republican Party and in local leadership positions has also helped me understand how government works and how to navigate the complexities of politics in order to move ideas forward. I have a master’s degree in family financial planning and am both a Certified Financial Planner and an Accredited Financial Counselor. That background gives me a strong understanding of the economic pressures facing families today. I am prepared to do the hard work necessary to find practical solutions to the real problems people face.
One of the biggest challenges facing Idaho families is affordability. My education and professional background have given me a unique understanding of the financial pressures people are under, from housing and property taxes to insurance, childcare, and the rising cost of living. I also believe not every problem requires a new law. Sometimes the best solutions come from improving the systems we already have, removing barriers, and empowering local communities, businesses, schools, and agencies to solve problems more effectively. I believe I can help address issues like education funding, property tax burdens, workforce challenges, public safety funding, and economic growth. Those are the kinds of issues that directly affect everyday life.
I want voters to know that I work for my district. I do not approach this job from an ideological perspective. I have been a conservative Republican my whole life, but I am not extreme or radical in my views.

I follow what I call the three Cs when deciding how to vote: Is it constitutional? What would my constituents want? And does it follow my conscience?

I will always do what I believe is best for District 30 first, and then for the state as a whole. I believe my job is to represent the people who elected me and to focus on solving the real problems that matter to our communities, rather than pushing a national agenda or ideological priorities that come from special interest groups that do not fit Idaho values.
