Meline for a Practical, Sensible, and Balanced Idaho is more than just a campaign. Rather, it is a movement to restore traditional Idaho values long absent under one party, extremist rule in State government, no longer applied sensibly to follow the Idaho Constitution.

1. Eliminate one-party supermajority in the legislature fostering groupthink, extremism at the expense of broad, authentic representation that strives for true root cause problem solving practical, sensible, and balanced.
2. Fully fund special needs education.
3. Provide supportive resources to disabled adults, their families, and the community organizations who support the most special among us.
4. Give local control back to cities, counties, and school boards preempted by the legislature.
5. Protect water sovereignty, public lands with access, agriculture.
6. Promote pro family policy of: Strong public schools, affordable childcare, healthcare, and housing. Promote an economy with jobs for self-reliance to truly limit government.
I have worked in the multi-national corporate world, public and non-profit sectors which gives me a wide range of perspective.
My background includes finance, public administration, international relations and business, small business development, insurance, extensive understanding of the criminal justice and immigration systems as a court interpreter/forensic linguist for the Spanish language.
All of my life's experience has required me to be collaborative with contrary points of view, beliefs, cultures, and knowledge.
I have been a parent, brother, uncle, cousin to family with neurodiverse needs including autism, or disability.
I was fortunate to be a father in the lives of 7; and grandfather to 9.
1. Establish independent minded, broad-based, analytical approaches to all issues before the legislature to eliminate one-party, extremist policies, laws, and budgeting practices.
2. Repeal laws and policies that pre-empt local government and school districts to restore community self-determination.
2. Secure sustainable and ongoing funding for special education and community resources for neurodiverse individuals, adults with disability, their families and caregiver agencies to achieve the highest degree of self-reliance possible.
3. Strategic planning with local government partnership to preserve agriculture, rural economies, maintain public lands with access, and sovereign water management to meet Idaho needs.

Authentic representation starts as being listener first; understanding actions speak louder than words without presuming one holds all solutions for Idaho challenges.
I will bring an independent approach not beholden to party or narrow ideology, but rather to the individuals throughout all of the communities in District 28.
I will be seeking solutions from District 28 that reflect trust and respect of individual choice, local control, pro-family, preservation of rural economies, resources for special needs, and are practical.
