Office Sought Senate - District 21
If elected, I want to work on retaining qualified medical professionals by ensuring they have the freedom to do their jobs and counsel patients on personal medical decisions without government interference. I want the Legislature to stop focusing on regulating people’s bodies and bathrooms and return to strengthening our communities and our economy. I will work to rebuild our system of free public education and restore a commitment to ethics, fairness, and responsible governance so Idaho families and businesses can thrive. I will protect our public lands and work on a tax system that benefits the majority, not only the wealthy. These shouldn't be red vs. blue, liberal vs. conservative issues. This is a top versus bottom fight.
I am prepared to serve as Senator because my life has been defined by hard work, service, and commitment to Idaho families. As a single mother for 33 years, I put myself through college while raising my son, helping him to attain the rank of Eagle Scout. He has since become a Dentist. I earned both a Master's Degree in Public Administration studying government and how it works. I also obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law. I attended the University of Idaho. For 20 years I have worked as a family‑law trial attorney, advocating for children, parents, and seniors. As a business owner, I understand the challenges facing Idaho’s small businesses. These experiences give me the resilience, insight, and determination to serve effectively.
Some of the most significant challenges I hope to address include Idaho’s difficulty retaining qualified medical professionals, the Legislature’s increasing focus on regulating personal medical decisions, and the need to strengthen our communities and economy. Idaho must also rebuild its commitment to free, high‑quality public education and restore ethics, fairness, and responsible governance. These challenges affect families across the state, and addressing them is essential to Idaho’s long‑term stability and growth.
I want voters to know that my commitment to public service comes from real‑life experience, not politics. I have spent my life working, raising a family, running a business, and advocating for Idahoans in the courtroom. I understand the challenges families, seniors, and small businesses face because I’ve lived them alongside you. I believe Idaho deserves thoughtful, ethical leadership focused on strengthening our communities, protecting personal freedoms, and ensuring opportunity for every family. I will work hard, listen carefully, and serve with integrity.
