Campaign Statement
Like many Idahoans, our voices are not being heard by the legislators in Boise. We taxpayers are being shoved aside in favor of wealthier citizens with out-of-state agendas, money and influence. We need common sense solutions to the issues of most concern like, tax fairness, affordability, healthcare, education and land use.

In the Senate, I would like to represent taxpayers whose concerns have been long ignored. We need a better balance of ideas and solutions in order to be a state where all citizens can contribute to improve society and prosper.
My former job as a letter carrier required energy, speed, the ability to multi-task to ensure perfect delivery. Communication skills were also essential.
Working with the opposition to achieve results. The current legislature’s attitude is one of “us against them”. We need to revive the skill of compromise.
When I took my oath of office as a government employee, I swore allegiance to our Constitution. I consider my oath to be a promise for my lifetime, not just during my time of employment. I will perform my duties in State government guided by the same laws and ideals.
