I have served as the Associate Village of Buchanan since 2016 and was the Mayor from 2002 through 2008. Since 1994, I have been admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York federal courts; and am admitted to the United States Supreme Court. I have lived in Buchanan with my wife, Michele O'Neill, and our children, since 1996.
