Transparency: because in politics it builds trust and accountability and I will work hard to achieve it. Balancing budgets: keep finding creative ways to fund current services and increase infrastructure without raising taxes. Economic development: I’ll work to bring new business to the city; this will help keep our real estate taxes among the lowest in the state.
I am a public servant, not a politician. I have proven myself to be a qualified and effective leader in my tenure as your councilman. I listen to your concerns and solve them. You, the citizen, are my first priority. I have passed legislation to keep our city safe and financially sound. A full-time resident in the same ward for 40 years. I’m focused on our future.

My priorities are fiscal responsibility, public safety and strengthening community trust. I will safeguard taxpayer dollars through transparent budgeting, support law enforcement and first responders, and strengthen infrastructure to meet community needs. Arnold deserves accountable, common-sense leadership with open communication that puts residents first.
I bring decades of leadership in construction management, labor and industrial relations, and civic service. I’ve overseen multimillion-dollar energy projects and have been a police personnel board member, a state board appointee and an InfraGard national board director (FBI-affiliated). As a lifelong Arnold resident, I offer trusted, transparent and practical leadership.
