Over 25 years of service to the Mehlville School District as a parent, volunteer and community leader, including nine years on the Board of Education in leadership roles with MSBA Distinguished Certification. Leadership in finance, policy and long-range strategic and facility planning focused on transparency, responsible stewardship and continued progress for students.

Five years' district involvement as a parent - OES PTO member; MOSAIC PTO member, PTO board secretary, PTO board parliamentarian; six years on the Mehlville School Board, currently as secretary; advocacy committee board member for more than five years, with four years as board chair. At least one year's service on all Mehlville board committees across six years.
