1). Retain property in our city for residential use zoning but maintain our commercial corridor to keep low property taxes and to serve our residents' needs. 2). Preserve our parks to meet the needs of our residents with our community center, aquatic center and outdoor park amenities. 3). Continue to serve all four wards but always do what is best for our city overall.
I have served our city as mayor and alderman for 18 years. I served on the pool advisory for over 35 years, the parks board for 21 years and as public works chairman and finance committee chairman. I walked the city to obtain the necessary signatures to place the aquatic center proposal on the ballot. I love our city; it is a great place to live and raise a family.
