I will serve Manchester by promoting efficient and limited government in order to keep our taxes low, while working to make this community a thriving, welcoming and attractive place for all residents and businesses. I believe in prudent financial planning by using conservative tax projections, realistic expense budgeting and closely watching trends to both.
As a lifelong resident I want to give back to the community. I'll utilize my experience from AT&T/Boeing management and international export compliance to improve our community. I joined the Manchester audit and finance committee in 2018 and currently am chair. Major accomplishments: develop/implement a city investment policy and refinanced/paid-off Highland TIF bonds.

1). Helping Manchester grow as a safe, peaceful place to live, raise a family and do business. 2). Help make Manchester a place we can all be proud of. 3). Do it on a balanced budget.
The largest thing I have to draw on is life experience. I was born in Florida, grew up in California and moved here nearly 20 years ago. I have traveled internationally, taught high school and served on my church board. I've been a scout leader and worked as a home inspector. I believe I'm a good listener.
