My top priorities are public safety, economic growth and community investment. I will work to keep our neighborhoods safe, attract businesses and job opportunities, and support families, seniors and housing preservation. My focus is building a stronger, safer and more united Ward 2.
I am qualified to serve because I bring over 30 years of experience in the criminal justice system and served four years as vice president of the Jennings School Board. I understand public safety, budgeting and community advocacy. My work in education and substance abuse prevention reflects my commitment to strengthening families and our community.
Age 63

My plan focuses on three clear goals: health, pride and progress. I will champion community food share events to ensure my constituents will not go hungry. Currently, I spearhead this initiative, in place since September 2025.
I believe that I'm the best qualified to serve in the position as councilwoman because I know what frustration and disappointment feels like. When I took my concerns to previous council representatives, no action was taken. Because of this, I choose not to allow my constituents to feel that agony, so here I am ready to serve.
