1). Championing issues that impact daily life such as parks, public works, development and sustainability. 2). Ensuring responsible use of tax dollars to maintain reserves and fund critical services. 3). Supporting the police and firefighters who keep our citizens safe and all city workers who provide the critical services residents expect.
I have served as alderwoman since 2019, and on the public works and ways and means committees (now chair) the entire time. I am responsive to my constituents and can work with city staff to get things done. My background working in a congressional office in Washington, in governmental relations at WashU Medicine and in nonprofit management makes me an excellent candidate.
